Monday they tried to charge me and not refund me and now I have 4 infected nails. And they wanted to charge me 13$ to take them off! I went in Friday paid 120$. This place is unsterile, unsanitary and unprofessional. It’s a 45 minute drive and I got no compensation for gas, then I had to see my doctor because it is indeed an infection that needed immediate attention and antibiotics.
After arguing with him for 15 minutes I got my 92$ back. The owner refused me my refund and said it was my fault and it was a bad reaction. They had me dip 4 infected nails into acetone making it unbearable. I went in Tuesday where everyone looked at them. In that one day I had another infected nail making the count of 4 infected nails. The owner’s wife called and said her husband was “shocked “ and I’d have to wait til Tuesday. I called the salon Monday and yes they were open. On Sunday I showed my friend who is a nurse that 3 of my nails has some strange liquid coming out and one you could see was bloody. I went back the next day to get a nail fixed. I noticed he wasn’t wearing gloves or sanitizing his tools.
